If you have got this far, just buy it you won't regret it!
Ever wanted to make your own three bird roast?Stick it together with meat glue and get a professional finish that doesn't fall apart when cooking.Bought a lean cut of meat but with a vile piece of silverskin/gristle running through the centre of it?Simply trim it, slice out the undersirable parts and stick all the meat back together. This stuff literally turns any cheaper lean cut into a fillet.I have noticed no changes in tastes or texture when using this item, it's now a staple in my larder for whenever I need to trim and remove tendons/gristle/silverskin or just want to make an unholy matrimony of meats into a single fused joint. Please be aware that to use the glue it advises a four hour wait time in the fridge for the glue to set to complete hold; I have left it for as little as 1 hour and it does set just not as seamless. My only complaint would be that the plastic tub is half full upon arrival, it would be more convenient for the packaging just to be smaller so it takes up less space in the cupboard. I have now taken to ordering two at a time and combining in to a single tub, whilst still large it is now atleast efficient.

Very effective, but needs more safety guidance
This works very well and does exactly what it is meant to do. I have used it to bond rolls of different meats together, and also when making a fish Wellington from different fish fillets. In both cases it was very effective and had no noticeable taste. It seemes to be good value for money and is easy to use and storeIt is a very versatile product if you want to do more advanced cooking, create neater joints, or effectively make a larger piece of meat or fish from thinner or smaller pieces.I didnt give it 5 stars because there were no real warnings or guidance about careful use of the powder itself. Fine powders like this do need a bit of care, especially as breathing it in could be problematic. A little more safety information would have been helpful.Overall though, it is a very useful product and works extremely well for the job

Great product
Does exactly what it's there for, I made a chicken roulade for Xmas dinner and it worked a treat.

Bind meat very well
Use some to make some some chicken roulade wrapped in parma ham and the Parma ham hold perfectly on the chicken.Very happy with that

Hilarious mystery meat creation tool
Perfect for glueing extra legs on to a chicken for roasting - managed to glue four legs on for a six legged chicken. It's great for sealing things into chicken breasts like garlic butter or mozzarella and basil, but it's worth the money for the six legged roast chicken alone.

Do your homework
I haven't a glue how they make this stuff but if you do your homework and use it correctly it's a culinary ace up your sleeve, can't comment on the price as don't know the manufacturing process.
