Question 2

In the UK, carbohydrates on label are already net carbohydrates i.e. you don't subtract the fibre. Why is your label different?

This product is made in continental Europe, where they don’t list in the label as Carbs all the carbs we do in the UK, they consider the different types of fibre (soluble and insoluble) a bit differently than us (some don’t count as carbs).

So as you know, Net Carbs in the UK are calculated by considering only the carbohydrates that affect someone’s blood sugar levels, therefore considering the formula below:
Total Carbs – Fibre – Polyols = Net Carbs.

Therefore in this case, if you consider that per wrap there are 123 calories, from which 36 calories come from the 9 grams of protein, and 45 calories come from the 5 grams of fat, it leaves us with 42 calories to come from carbs, which considering 4 calories per gram of total carbs, leaves us with 10.5g of total carbs (UK way of considering it).

Now as from these 10.5 grams of total carbs, 10 grams are fibre, as you may see in the label. So if we substitute in the formula below, we have the following:

Rounding up 0.5 to 1, we have a total of 1g net carbs.

Can these be frozen?

I freeze mine if I have a lot but I separate mine, depending on  how many I freeze i place a piece of kitchen paper between each tortilla (makes it easy to separate when defrosting) and place in a large sandwich/freezer bag or if I have a few I roll them. Hope this helps.

Question 4

I'm confused, each wrap is 1g of carbs but on the pack it says 4g? These wraps are made with wheat flour only so how are they keto????

Regarding the wheat, you may see in our list of ingredients that we use wheat protein and wheat fibre, so basically we stripped the starch off the wheat, reducing its impacting carbs. It's important to highlight that there is no forbidden ingredient in keto, as far as the desired nutrition to not raise your blood glucose levels is reached.
Regarding the net carbs calculation, this product is manufactured in continental Europe to be sold in the UK and US, so some nutrition details might be considered a bit differently, and we calculated the Net Carbs for you in the safest way possible. Here is goes:
