I’m just starting out, and this yarn makes it so much easier! It sounds corny, but I was compelled to write a review since I have tried other yarn that wasn’t as good. In fact, other yarn kind of made me hate the craft. So what’s good about this stuff? It’s thick and easy to see and tell what’s going on. It doesn’t fray into a billion little pieces (I’m looking at you, wool!!!!), and the stitches being easy to see makes following patterns easier. It seems expensive perhaps compared to other beginner yarn, but if you check how much you’re getting, you’re getting more than 4x as much per yarn skein than some other ones. As a bonus, it’s soft. It comes in lots of colors, which is great, and I have it on every color for different projects. The only negative thing I have to say about it at all is that there aren’t made shades per color (I.e. only one blue instead of a pale blue and navy blue). However, if you’re interested in the beginner crochet kits, too, it is worth pointing out that the Woobles kits are INFINITELY SUPERIOR to other intro kits. Having tried a variety, I can say that the videos’ clarity, help functions, and variety of projects FAR outscores their counterparts. They’re cute, and the video instructions really are a huge game-changer. The only reason I could do some of those other “beginner kits” is because I saw a particular move in a Wooble video first. I wish the Wooble company also had instructional kits for headbands and other things too. I cannot overstate how good they are. But back to the yarn — I have had to re-do projects in THIS yarn just for it to come out well. I should have bought more of this yarn to start with.

I was gifted a non-Wooble crochet 'kit'. Very cute but supplied unremarkable, average yarn you would find in a craft/sewing store. After 2 rows of stitches, I frogged my crochet and ordered Woobles Easy Peasy Yarn. PROS: Extremely soft, crochets flawlessly, perfect 'true' colors, and versatile to create any beautiful pattern. CONS: Oddly enough, only can order this product from Amazon and not directly through Wooble website. Also, if someone is looking for the cheapest price, this will not appeal to them as they are probably happy with a creation that is 'good enough'.

I love working with this yarn. Even as a lifelong crocheter, I enjoy working on Woobles projects, and this yarn is perfect for amigurumi. If you like the project you made from a Woobles kit, ordering more Woobles yarn is a great way to make it again. Unlike most other yarns, Woobles yarn does not split, making it a great yarn for beginners (I hear a lot of beginners get discouraged because their crochet hook gets in between the fibers, splitting the yarn. Not a problem with this yarn. Highly recommended.

I am brand new to crocheting and the yarn in the kit I was using kept falling apart or getting snags. Got this yarn today and it is smooth, durable and makes crocheting SO much easier. I finished my first project in about 20 minutes. I love the color too!

Super easy to work with, and great colors. Love that it doesn’t separate like standard yarn or shed like chenille yarn. I would like to see the yarn in bulkier sizes but that doesn’t take away from the quality of this yarn.

I used Woobles yarn to make small stuffed animals, and it was a great experience! This yarn really is amazing for beginners. I finished the first part of my blanket with this and bought more. Doesn’t fray and you can be pretty rough with it when you’re learning. Highly recommend!

I’m quite happy with this yarn, as an absolute beginner it is very easy to use. I’m practicing a brioche crochet stitch and it works really well. I’ve unraveled it many many times for practicing and it holds its form well.

Une premiere pour moi pour les pelottes de woobles. J’ai eu plusieurs kit de départ et j’adore leur laine. Cependant, les pelottes que j’ai reçu sont remplis de raccord se qui fait que je perd facilement 10 a 15 cm de laine. Je recommande les kits de départ pour l’entrainement et la laine est facile à manipuler. Toutefois les pelottes sont pour moi une perte.
