I like this product. The first day I used it, it was a little intense. So the second and third day, I titrated up so that it was a little easier to handle. This product definitely helped curb those cravings for sweets and has reduced my appetite overall. I’ve found them to not cause any digestive issues. I have noticed some of my inflammation has gone down as well because my body has felt better overall. These pills are easy to swallow. They have no odor and no taste/aftertaste. It boasts that it is a pharmaceutical grade, 100% pure berberine product. It claims it is more beneficial with nutrients thanks to an 80 times more concentrated extract. It has no fillers or additives. Overall, it seems to work well. An issue I have with this product is that It is misleading when you look at its face value. Yes, each bottle contains 90 servings, so 90 capsules. However, each capsule is only 500mg. So, to get the 1500mg that this manufacturer advertises at the very beginning of the headline, followed by 90 capsules/servings, you actually have to take 3 capsules…essentially only offering 30 servings to reach 1500mg per day.
