Excellent quality
this tawa is fantastic. Although I am not an expert in making dosa, I was still able to create delicious and crispy dosa with this tawa. The first two were not as successful, but every dosa after that was spot on. I am very happy with my purchase. As this is my frist time using it, I cannot comment on its durability, but the heavy weight of the tawa suggests that it should be long- lasting
