Go Game Board Bamboo 0.8inch Reversible 19x19 / 13x13 Go Game Board - Classic Strategy Board Game (Baduk/Weiqi)

This is as nice as most of the bamboo cutting boards I have bought over the years, and this has extra processing to present well for Go. The board has a clear coat so you can still see the bamboo, yet it is not as raw as a cutting board. The lines are etched and painted. You can feel the etch line with your fingers. It is slight, and yet sufficient. I would recommend this to other players. It is not a $1,300+ board, but neither is my level of playing go at that level either. The ceramic go pieces I bought from the same company make a nice snap on this board. I'm happy with this. I'd even give it as a gift if anyone else in my family enjoyed go enough.

This is a good board for one's game room. It's heavy. That means it's not real transportable (I didn't buy it for that) but also means it's stable on the table. It does shift and slide around. The board that cam to me was level. No tipping or rocking.The only downside was that the lines were inconsistent drawn. On one side they're great, but by the other side they got pretty light. The board's playable so I won't return it. It is a little distracting, though.

This is the best board I could find that is solid wood and has engravings instead of printed lines without being overly expensive. Great for anyone that wants to play, even came with a travel board!!
