Reminds me of light buckwheat
This pamcake mix was easy to make. It cooked up quickly at a low medium heat. The mix itself tastes pretty maple-y to me, but once mixed and cooked I found it to be more reminiscent of a mild buckwheat pancakes taste. That was a bit disappointing, but they were good and filled me up. The batter was pretty thick and these didn't rise as much as other pancake mixes. I will probably try their maple syrup. I appreciate small batches.

Love the brand but the mix just doesn't measure up.
Love this brand of syrup but the pancake mix does not taste like maple in any way. Don't get me wrong its good but it doesn't set itself apart from the other mixes and is alot more expensive for 3 batches of pancakes/waffles. Better just to buy cheaper mix and add in maple, vanilla and butter extract to batter for extra flavor or make your own mix to have on hand.
