I bought this for a small trip and for 5$ you really can’t beat that. I love the size of the bag and how long the straps are and of course the design

Just what I wanted.

This is a pretty nice bag, and the interior pockets are very useful. The fabric is fairly sturdy, but not at all stiff or heavy. I’d say it is in the low- to mid-range of weight of canvas tote bags I have. It would be a perfect bag to carry some school supplies (not a bunch of textbooks), or a book and a few snacks for an outing. It would also work well for a small knitting, crochet, or other craft project (with the pockets to keep small tools from getting buried at the bottom of the bag).The straps are a bit flimsier than I would like (although the twill tape should be pretty durable), although they are attached very well. I think the straps should hold up if you are using the bag to contain some belongings rather than carrying heavy shopping.

Pros:- Biggest benefit over other grocery bags I own: dramatically more pliable. It is easy to fold down flat so that it will fit in the door pocket of a car and take up less space.- Strong enough to hold heavy groceries.- Has a small zipper pouch on the inside, perfect for storing some extra cash in case you forget your wallet all the time (like a spouse I know.)- Soft, compared to other canvas bags.Cons:- Due to the soft nature of the fabric, it appears as if this would be a little less resilient to rips, tears and cuts. I would use caution putting things in this bag with sharp corners.

This is decent for your flat items like papers, magazines, perhaps a tablet, but the material is very thin so I would not use it for things that can be heavy (laptops would probably be too heavy).
