Overall i feel this is the best among all lever belts. Premium construction quality. Lever is almost 400 gms. An absolute heavy duty lever buckle. Leather weighs 1kg. Belt in total 1.39 kg. I want to emphasize the quality you get for 5k is value for money 100%. 10mm is good enough for everybody and provides stiffness but if you can definitely get the 13mm version because of better lever design and thickness if in budget. I got very painful bruises from 10mm itself so discomfort will be pretty much same in 10 & 13 mm , although it may be better to bench in 10mm, i recommend 13mm. Their construction quality and adjustable lever design which has 4 hooks on 1 end of the belt which makes it a better reliable design than grind gear, griffin gear, xtremex, powerlifting vault, soulgrip etc.. Not sure about roarfit quality(small range of size) and NBD ones(have copy pasted hack size chart ). Bullrock is overpriced. Measure at exactly your belly button ( not above as 4 inch thickness will flow through the belly button and below and above) and pick the size where you fall exactly in between or you can also choose the extreme end but be careful as belt can be small if you try extreme fit which might leave less room for adjustment. The tightness i wear is at 35inch although my belly size is 38 inch but i went with M size to be on safer side as it is scary to buy and get a belt that is too small. I fit exactly middle holes from left and right. The black end of belt digs into the red suede as seen in one of the pictures which was a bummer but as it took your waist shape it reduced. The red suede does leave color on white shirt about 20% but not an issue on darker shirts. Tested this for a sweaty deadlift session and my white part of the shirt turned very faint red almost unnoticable - a non issue. Will definitely make you lift more than what you normally lift. Blindly buy this product form this seller… absolutely fantastic product robust construction that will last decades for heavy wear and tear with superb support offered on whatever exercise you choose to perform… I have exchanger 3 belts (for fraudulent claims and deceptions) to finally love this one hence writing these words of praise. And the best part is this mechanism is fully adjustable unlike 4 pronged models where you need to fix your size because quite frankly who is the same size every single day of the week if you’re serious about lifting and you eat up for it .😬

Value for money, superior locking and grip, discomfort for first one week of usage and that is just because of the hardness of the belt overall fit is comfortable

Excellent product But lever does not make as much lock unlock sound as shown on YouTube Excellent for squat and bench but not enough good for conventional deadlift but for sumo perfect

I would say a scam. If the belt has some particular holes in which we can put the buckel then why does it bends if put on more than 4 holes. Just so bad we spend 5k and get this quality......used only 3 months soo bad hack athletics soo bad never gonna use ur products
