It's very flexible, and maybe because the inner core is smaller, it seems to increase the water pressure on the shower. Very pleased with it

I cannot report on durability as I have not used it for very long. It really is a daft question for those who have just installed it. However it does "look as if it will be durable".

Not suitable for miracle sport shower.
Required removal of shower front panel to fit hose securely, this is not conducive with regular cleaning and disinfection.Also does not fit shower head support rail.
