I had for over a week a swollen leg with terrible pain in my calf. So far the reason for this has not been established, however as soon as I put the compression socks on the pain was bearable. The swelling has gone down a bit, but I managed a whole day at work standing all day without strong pain. They are actually really comfortable to wear for a whole day. I have tried painkillers before, but these socks really made walking so much easier and with hardly any pain. Delivery was very fast (next day) and everything arrived in perfect condition.

If you are looking for compression socks then you won't find better than these. The first pair that I bought had a slight blemish on one of the seams and when contacted by the manufacturer I mentioned this. Not only did they replace the original pair but also sent me an extra pair as a gift. That's first class customer service and the socks themselves are comfortable, easy to look after and I'd have no problem in recommending them. The only slight change I would like to see is to have them available in different colours but they really are a first-class product.

OK! So I am old and I fly a lot (sometimes very far), and I depend on compression socks to protect me. Most that I have bought still show edema on arrival. These, absolutely not! There are many products that I love on Amazon, but I do not gloat on most! Except these I have only flown twice with them, but zero edema is my indication that these work well. Most pairs that I have bought fail after two or three uses so maybe I’m a little bit early, but I am very impressed with these, in fact, I will be buying a few pairs soon. These are extremely comfortable and, so far, I have zero evidence of edema. Pretty good indication that these are doing their job. Avoid DVT at all cost! I may even go to wearing these full-time. We started buying these socks for my husband in 2019. He is active and needs the support. We bout 3-4 pairs per year, replacing them as needed and always rotating pairs. For the benefit they provided these had been the best brand we could find. Confident in the brand, we purchase 4 pairs earlier this year. Sadly, these newer ones (despite having the exact same description) lost a tad bit of their snugness early on and, worse the heels and toes began to stretch/wear out after 2-3 wears. This is the type of wear and tear we used to start to see after 9+ months of use. We always wash them on cold gently and hang dry and have been doing the same routine for years. We have never seen them begin to fail so quickly, so will sadly need to begin the search for a new "best" brand for our needs. I am giving 3 stars because they were great in the past and there is a slight chance we just got a bad batch, but I doubt it as all the material and seams looked great right out of the box (did not appear to having sewing errors or manufacturer's defects).

I love these socks. A little difficult to get over the feet but once they are on they work beautifully.

Socks were as described in posting. Evenly distributed pressure. Held up well in the washer.
