RENAISSER Pelican K8 Keyboard and Raphael 520C Surface Stylus Combo for Surface Pro 9/8/X, Designed in Houston, Hidden Charging Port, Pen Slot Pens, Smart Power Management, Backlight

I've been using this for about a week and it's working really well. I like the stylus and slot for the stylus. The only complaint is that the charging port is on the left and the Surface Pro 9 only has USB-C charging ports on the right. The USB-C charging cord that comes with this keyboard is too short to reach from the right side of the keyboard to the left side of the Surface Pro 9, so you can't charge while working unless you get a longer USB-C to USB-C cord. Or you can charge it at night when you're not using it. This is not a huge deal since it doesn't have to be charged very often, but maybe the manufacturer needs to put the charging port on both sides of the keyboard.

I bought this on April 10 this year, and the keyboard has stopped charging. Will you tell me your warranty or exchange policy? I loved the keyboard up until now. Can I get a replacement? Thanks

The keyboard holds well to Surface Pro 9, pen is magnetic and holds well in case. Only the middle of touchpad does not click.

Trackpad non "responsive". Ho provato per molti giorni e con vari metodi a configurarlo dal sistema, anche con applicazioni esterne, ma senza resultati positivi. Non so se ho ricevuto una tastiera difettosa. Forse tornerò alla tastiera originale, quando i prezzi non siano così alti.

The keyboard is ok but the stylus is not. Already broken and it is not easy to speak to after-sale service when purchasing on Amazon

I had to long press for almost 2sec to get a letter show on the screen, the pen is fabulous but the keyboard isn’t. Although the design is great…..

Im Großen und ganzen super nur hab ich eine sache die ich bemängel unzwar die aufkleber sind recht klein und licht undurchlässig. Aber ich finde es für den preis super. verbingung ist stabil das mauspad fühlt sich gut an und macht keine probleme Der Stift fühlt sich hochwertig an aber eine sache ist dran auszusetzten. die Ladebuchse von dem stift ist mir persönlich zu wackelig. beim ersten laden hat sich der kleine zapfen etwas verbogen und ich hatte angst das der stift kaputt ging aber mit etwas feingefühl konnte ich es wieder retten und von nun an mache ich es auch sehr langsam
