Fybogel Orange Fiver Supplement is an excellent product for when a little bit of help is required.It`s very effective, mixes well and is of a good consistency.I carry a few of these sachets with me when I`m away from home & when a change of diet affects me a Fibogel sachet takes care of it.

I got this as I have problems with diverticulitis sometimes and by using this it really helps to keep things moving 🙂 it’s easy to mix with water and the orange flavour helps with the taste. It’s also good value compared to buying in shops.

It is excellent at its job.

I use 1-2 of these sachets every other day to keep my stools soft. The taste is pleasant with a not too over the top orange taste. It mixes well with water and is easy to drink. You do need to drink it fast as it does turn to a jelly substance if left for some time.

Used to buy lots of these and use 2/3 times a week due to high-protein diet. And it works, gently, after 2-3 days BUT I've recently dumped this routine & simply added chai seed to my diet. 2-3 spoon fulls a day and have Improved regular bowel movements. A much better value and keeps my reguler (plus chai seeds are high protein too 👌). Fybogel works, but if your stuck in this loop, like I was, try chai seeds (get them on amazon, couple quid), game changer!
