I made a desk using 18mm Melamine-faced chipboard (MFC) so it's really thin and not the strongest, I am using a 2 monitor arm so needed something to help spread the load. This is bigger than some of the others I've seen, especially with the bottom plate, the soft padding under the plate is also nice.

It was able to support the monitor setup I went for. Wide base allows for monitor arms that also have a wider base. Protects the desks from scratches and minimal wobble too

So far, so good. I went this this item because I appreciate how each corner is rounded giving a cleaner and modern look, especially for my white setup, compared to the ones that have a lip that go over the back. It’s a shame these do that come in white, but my setup is actually black and white at this point anyway so it looks good. Also I purchased white contact paper to cover it in white and it sticked perfectly to this but the contact paper I purchased was cheap and transparent. Did not look good as it was too transparent and I am not good at applying that stuff. So just went with the black look in the end. It has only been installed for 2 days but I can’t see this going wrong in terms of stability. It also is very padded underneath to protect your desk. Happy.

Great support plate. I needed one like this arrangement, specifically that the bottom was the same size as the top, which seems to be rare. This does the job, looks robust and will hopefully last as long as the desk.

Great fit, great quality. Made my monitor sighting absolutely solid on my gaming desk.

I had realised my triple monitor arm was creating a dent in my IKEA desk. This has completely covered the dent (and thereby straightened the angle of the monitors) and has not had the same happen for over a year. I recently got a new desktop and popped it on immediately, as I trust it will protect the desk from that issue.

Be careful i purchased this and one side was not finished well and had rough sharp Edges, disappointing.

These are excellent retention for the arm even when using through a desk port!

Cierto que es algo más caro que otros pero merece la pena pagar esa diferencia, buena calidad y acabado con protección ya en las bases, y lo que me parece más importante es que las dos piezas son del mismo tamaño a diferencia de otros, esto marca la diferencia en cuanto a mejorar la protección de mi mesa de cristal.
