Very Healthy dose of protein when you want it. It tastes fresh, has a soft and chewy texture, and is a quality product. I wouldn't consider it a junk food, but rather a nutritious protein bar.

Nature Valley Sweet and Salty Cashew Granola Bars
These are really do have that contrast of sweet and salty. A nice flavor combination. They make a great on the go snack and don't have a lot of artificial additives. They have always arrived fresh, and they are just the right size for snacking. I think that they are a good quality snack and I like that they are not overly loaded with sugar like some other snack bars. A good value and liked by the whole family.

These are so good and I love the convenience of having them delivered.

Expensive cost compared to local market
These are a good blend of sweet and salty. However, they are not loaded with cashews; very few chopped pieces throughout. They do satisfy your hunger and are a healthy snack. As for the price, the box of 15 (small) bars is expensive. After purchasing these here I was finally able to find them at a local grocery store, as they are always sold out, and the cost was $2 cheaper. Hence, that's why I only give the 4 star rating.
