Amara View Replacement Head Piece Standard Size, Pack of 2

There are negative reviews. I however have been using one of these head straps for six months now (and maybe several over 2-3 years) and they all have fit my medium size head fine and they last. There is no elastic in these straps, which I found in the OEM product to overly stretch it out, becoming rather useless and gimpy. I’m not sure they come in Medium and Large, they are not marked as either. Although not a problem for me, the very top head strap has too much scope and for a smaller head it may run beyond the Velcro so it can’t be secured. I just ordered two more.

My hat size is 7 5/8 and they fit well and I have fewer leaks.

I bought these because the actual Phillips Respironics brand was not available, and this seemed to be such a good deal. I should have known it was too good to be true. The straps do not stretch AT ALL, making these extremely uncomfortable. I was unable to wear them at all. As with many things in life, you get what you pay for. Stick to the name brand, or read reviews and find a better replacement.

I prefer this headgear to the original that came with my Airfit mask setup. Comfortable and keeps a good seal.

The straps are uncomfortable because they are made with the adjustable Velcro straps against your head when the softer side of the material is on the inside. If you reverse the headgear, the adjustable ends of the straps are on the outside, but so is the softer side of the material. The material has very little stretch so it is hard to get a comfortable fit. Will not order again.

They do use the picture of the Phillips headgear and this is not that, so for that just 4 stars. But with that being said, this headgear is not bad. It’s a tad smaller than the Phillips but I have a small head so it’s perfect for me. It is darker in color and I actually like the dark gray. No logo or anything on it and again I like that too because I hate when the Phillips logo starts to wear off. We will see if they hold up over time but I got it fitted for my head and it seems like it will a fine replacement.

This headgear has velcro that really works - once adjusted it stays and you can sleep without fussing with it. The straps are not chamfered like the original, but are comfortable with just the right amount of stretch.

The media could not be loaded.  Great product fir generic brand . Everything lined up and it’s very little bulked but doesn’t affect anything. Just little more cushion. Good product

Not a valid replacement for the Amara View headgear. Design is very different and does not fit properly. I should have returned it as soon as I received it.Better yet, I should have read the reviews before buying.

Unlike the genuine straps (which are far more expensive) these straps have no flex or stretch or give in them so to keep them tight you have to really tighten them to the point it hurts. I would not recommend these at all.
