The item doesn't work
The item doesn't work. I wasn't able to test the product on time. When i got the time to test it it doesn't work. The mic turns on but the receivers won't turn on. I have tried different things but it doesn't work.

Don't forget to unplug receiver for playbackl!
Super easy to charge and set up. When I first tried recording videos on my iPhone, there was no sound during playback. I thought maybe the microphone didn't work. Then I unplugged the receiver from the lightning port on the iPhone, and voila, problem solved! So, if you can't hear the audio, and you're as technically challenged as I am, don't forget to remove the receiver ;p I'm no audiophile but the sound quality seems pretty good to me. Plenty good enough for my purposes. It's a shame it doesn't come with some kind of case. The mic and receiver would eventually get trashed just floating around in my bag. I'm going to have to go online and buy something to store them in.

(iPhone version) Flawless and easy to use.
First impressions - more later. The mic works flawlessly on my iPhone SE - plug and play. No problem. BUT I noticed something strange. When I plugged the mic into a USB power supply to charge it, the indicator flashed blue/red, not steady red as it should be, I tried a different (lower power) charge socket and it worked properly - steady red while charging and off when fully charged. If you get this flashing red/blue light, use a low powered charger instead! Update: Now everything is working perfectly. See the short video.

Excellent Noise Reduction
I make outdoor videos for social media and often had heavy wind or traffic sounds in the background from my iPhone. Since I got this mic, it's perfect! I no longer have to wait for a truck to pass or find a spot out of the wind. It has very consistent sound quality, and the noise reduction option works so well! My videos sound professional now and don't need any sound editing anymore. It's so easy to use as well—just plug it into my iPhone and turn the mic on. It's rechargeable and has a good battery life (I haven't had it die on me).
