Q: Can anyone tell me the dimensions of the house itself (not including the picnic bench)? How would it be for a 4yr old?

The house is 95 cm wide, 118 cm high and 104 cm long. If you click on the first photo (as for enlargement), a gallery with further pictures appears. There you will find a graphic with all the measurements. The house is just perfect for four-year-olds! Many greetings - Team LitteTom

Less than a meter high and approx 30cm wide

Q: Can the house be easily disassembled?

I have not disassembled our grandsons one but the main construction is based on plastic nuts and bolts which are of good quality. You only need to tighten them by hand which they are designed to do. To assemble and disassemble you do need two people not because of weight but just providing stability when bolting the components together

Q: Is it waterproof inside the house? Will the rain get in?

Unless the rain is blown sidewards through the windows it should be fine!
