Not good for sports - they immediately tear at the perforations
Bought these for pickleball but they immediately tore along the holes. Purchased some without holes and they do not tear. A single one without holes has so far lasted for about 20 days worth of pickleball and is still in good shape and they keep my toe from getting sore. I tend to sweat a lot and the ones without holes are not a problem. The ones with holes might be okay for walking but they are definitely worthless for sports.

Poor quality
Very cheaply made, when cap is pulled apart to put on, it rips right away or as soon as you put it on, it pulls apart.
