Honestly I wasn't expecting much. Works good on my knees. Less so on hips. But much better than I was expecting and way cheaper than the patches.

For some reason, it didn't work for me. I also tried shaking it before use, but there was no improvement. After reading other comments, I tried putting some on a cotton pad and letting it sit for 30 minutes, and it seemed to work better. It helps me tolerate GLP-1 injections.

I tend to wake up with terrible pain in both shoulders that gets worse the older I get. Lidocaine cream without a prescription is a life saver. This is as good if not better than the costlier name brands. It's none greasy, pleasant odor, and is easy to apply. It works rapidly and gets my mornings off to a good start.

Good strength, easy to use. My only regret is the size purchased. Large version is a much better deal.
