is there a maximum weight these balls can take

I am 18 stone and it takes my weight easy.

Hi there where do I find the size guide?

If you click on the title Exercise Fitness Swiss Yoga Ball scroll along to the 5th picture and this gives the size guide. I tried to send a screen shot but cannot do it replying to the email.

How do you pump this up? I put the pump in but there’s a little plastic plug blocking any air going in which can’t be removed…

As far as I remember, I pulled it out without any trouble. There is a small plastic device in a small plastic bag which is for pulling out the plastic plug. Try using something small and blunt like the edge of a nail file to work it out. If you have any trouble contact the seller. Good luck!
