It took away my nighttime hip pain!
I’d been having a lot of hip pain to the point I was sleeping sitting up and this has helped a lot with the pain and I can sleep laying down again and even in my side! This works great, but you should know it tastes like bone broth. I bought it planning to mix it with a fruity drink and that did not work lol! What did work for me was mixing it with a little bit of bullion and just going with the broth theme. It mixes great with hot water.

Collagen peptides that include II with the usual I and III.
One of the few callogen peptide supplements that had collagen I and III PLUS II. Came quickly and is a quality product as far as I can tell. Only using a short time, but I like it.

Elbow joint pain
I put a scoop in my coffee every day. I have not noticed any changes in my skin, nails, or hair, but that's not why I am taking it. I had joint pain in my elbows. After about three months of daily use, the pain was gone! I have continued to use it and the pain has not returned. I can lift weights without fear of waking in the middle of the night with joint pain. Yay!
