Tomxcute Stainless Steel Cat Water Fountain, Swan Neck Multi-Pet Dispenser

I genuinely wish I could give this company more than five stars! First, my cats absolutely LOVE this fountain. The flowing water is wonderful, the stainless steel design is great, and it’s been such a lovely addition to their daily routine. But what truly blew me away was the customer service. After owning the fountain for some time, I accidentally damaged a couple of plastic components while trying to clean them. I reached out to Tomxcute simply hoping to PURCHASE replacement parts. Instead, their customer care team went completely above and beyond. One of the parts I needed was out of stock, and rather than leave me struggling to find a solution, they generously offered to replace the entire fountain! I was genuinely speechless. The replacement arrived, works beautifully, and my cats are once again happily drinking from their favorite fountain. What impressed me most wasn’t just the generosity. It was the kindness, patience, responsiveness, and genuine care shown throughout the entire experience. They treated me like a person, not just an order number. A special thank-you to Mia and the entire Tomxcute customer care team. You’ve turned an already happy customer into a lifelong fan. If you’re considering this fountain for your furry family members, I wholeheartedly recommend it. My cats love it, I love it, and knowing there’s a company behind it that genuinely stands by its customers makes it even better. Thank you, Tomxcute, for taking such wonderful care of us! ❤️🐱🐾

Pros: Large enough bowl for a border collie and two cats to share without refilling constantly. It’s much more attractive than others I’ve purchased. It’s very quiet- I only heard it if the level was getting low, then it sounded like a trickle. It’s very easy to put together and take apart. It’s real stainless steel. Most of it… which leads me to the following: Con: I’ve had this since April 20th, 2023. I’ve taken it apart and washed each little part by hand each week. I’ve changed the filters per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Tonight, I began taking it apart to do my weekly cleaning and noticed this plastic piece (pictured) was so disgustingly yellow. The picture is after it’s been hand washed, ran through my dishwasher and then sat in a glass of bleach and water for about 10 minutes. I cannot get it clean. FYI: it’s the piece that the copper spout locks into. I really wish that the manufacturer would let me know how to purchase a replacement plastic piece bc this fountain really is the best I’ve ever owned; however, it’s unusable at this point. *** update*** I’ve updated my review to 5 stars because soon after posting my original review, the manufacturer contacted me with suggestions on how to better clean the fountain( vinegar and water) and also sent me the replacement piece I needed free of charge. I can’t report a single complaint about this water fountain. It’s currently September and they still love it. So much in fact, I’ve purchased a second one. Thanks!

The pump in the fountain failed after just a few months of use, with proper upkeep. I contacted the provided warranty number and a replacement pump was provided in a reasonable time, with no questions beyond verification of purchase. Back to silent operation. Thanks

My cats have been dehydrated and haven’t been drinking water because the metal spout has rust that leaks into the water, my cats have not drank the water too much so they are fine, but they haven’t drank water, I had just changed the filter and cleaned the fountain within the last week. I bought a metal cat fountain because I wanted something cleaner and easier to maintain for my cats. The fountain itself works fine, but the metal spout started oxidizing/corroding after normal use. That’s really disappointing considering this is supposed to be a water fountain for pets. Now I’m worried about my cats drinking from it, and I shouldn’t have to buy a separate replacement piece this soon. The fountain should either come with a true stainless steel spout or include an extra replacement part. Overall, the design is nice, but the quality of the metal tubing needs improvement. Overall, it’s a big fountain. It’s great for three cats..

This is a nice water fountain - easy to clean, quiet, and works well. That being said, I have one BIG complaint. The description for this item says it has a "buckle" that acts as the cord guide for the pump. That's misleading! It's not a buckle at all, it's merely a plastic guard for the cord. Nothing holds the lid down, and if you have smart, active cats, like I do, you'll have a problem. Even though the lid sits down in the reservoir, cats can lift up on the cord guard or the water spout and pull the lid off! I've had this fountain for just 5 days now, and my two Ragdolls have pulled the top off twice! That means your pump will be running dry until you discover it, which in our case has been at night while we're sleeping so who knows how long it was running dry until we found it! Everyone knows that running the pump dry will cause it to burn out eventually, so I'd consider that a pretty major design flaw! I contacted Tomxcute today (2/21/2023) to ask if they have a clamp they can provide to correct this design flaw. Hopefully they will address this promptly, otherwise this fountain is getting returned and I'll be back to the drawing board, trying to find a fountain that our cats can't take apart.

Very well engineered, top quality. The design minimizing points where longterm wear could cause rust to take hold, so this should last a very long time and stay clean and healthy to use. We used to have a similar one we bought off the shelf from one of the big pet retail places. Despite it having a lot of stainless steel, it had some points of weakness in it's design where it didn't weather the wear as well, and of course, it took to rust way before it's time, and we had to toss it out for the safety of the pets. Having learned this, I gave this one a look over first and it appeared to not have the same flaws. After receiving it, it was immediately clear this one was far better, and while I don't have a crystal ball to know how well it will be working in a year or so, I'm not worried about the same problems. Attractive, simple, good materials, minimal plastics, easy to clean and built in such a way to stay clean a good while, pleasant sounding, quiet, but not TOO quiet (the trickle of water attracts kitties), we can't even hear the motor. Exactly what we had in mind and very fair price for the quality. Highly recommended.

There are two models: The goose neck design is the very best out there on the larger model. I bought two of the larger models, but the second spout's water flow is off center & the first spout pours water right smack in the center. I got this smaller model because the price was momentarily reduced & my filters for other fountains fit this model, too. It's round & smaller which means kitty can easily approach the fountain at any angle. My kitty prefers the smaller model over the larger one--when put side by side. I discovered this yesterday evening as soon as I put up the new fountain. This one has a simple spout & the larger one has a more curved one which seems to be at least plated in brass not copper. If it would be copper, the manufacturer would be bragging about it in writing. The components are simple, stainless steel & I am already familiar with the simple filters & tray. I have filters that fit, I like the small & less plastic holding tray. I don't care for the fountain to be so large--larger model--but I do like & prefer the round design which allows the kitty to have all inviting angles & my kitty seems to be fascinated with the different water fountains I am buying for her. I have no complaints except it didn't come with a brush designed to clean out the neck which I will have to purchase on my own. Quite perfect--especially the fancier goose neck design which is better designed than anything out there--it is very inviting to the kitties at a subconscious level. I guess I can leave it do its thing for even a little bit more than one week without worry about the water getting low. I think I like you! Strange annoying imperfection on all models: I notice all the models have a minor indentation alongside where the cut out is for the water spout. All of them have this minor defect & it must come from the manufacturing. It is mostly not noticeable unless you check carefully & are a perfectionist. I noticed.

Better than plastic fountains, this motor actually has lasted, cleaning is easy, so is replacing filters.

No hace nada de ruido y es fácil de limpiar. La recomiendo.

Im Vergleich zum Vorgänger superleise und wirklich gut und leicht zu reinigen. Kann ich zu 100% Weiterempfehlen.

A truly soundless lifesaver for medically sensitive and blind dogs I bought this because I was tired of constantly refilling and cleaning water bowls, and it has turned out to be a lifesaver. My Chihuahua recently had surgery for 5 kidney stones and needs fresh water daily according to our vet. Meanwhile, my Jack Russell is blind and usually refuses to trust any new or strange water bowls (he won't even drink from the water bowls offered at pet-friendly restaurants). Amazingly, both of them loved and used this fountain from day one! It is entirely soundless, which kept my blind dog from being startled. It's incredibly easy to assemble and clean. They love it so much they don't even go outside to drink rainwater anymore. Cannot recommend this enough!

قطع الغيار للفلتر متوفرة و حجمه كبير و يعمل جيدا

I wished i had purposed this earlier, love water fountain, i have 3 cats who drink fresh water everyday no pauses . No longer worry about their drinking needs. Recommend all pet owners to invest in this for your pets good health long term.
