It is rare I go a day without taking my Ketone's from Ketone IQ! For me, they improve my quality of life so much that it is worth the cost. They give me a energy boost during long work days and allow me to focus. I take them before workouts to help give me a clean energy boost without any jitters or making my heartrate go crazy. It also helps with my appetite, even when I am hormonal and having sugar cravings, it helps to keep those at bay! I have gotten used to the flavor of the original, and so I can drink it straight and it really doesn't bother me. Also, daily I create "K-Water" which I saw one of the creator's post on insta and I love it! It is a combo of LMNT electrolyte packet, ice water, a dose (or two) of Ketone IQ and if I am feeling spicy I will squeeze a lemon or lime in it. I drink this throughout the day to stay hydrated and energized. The Peach flavor caffeinated ones are seriously SO delicious, and the caffeine seems smoother than caffeine in coffee or energy drinks, so no issues with jitters or feeling weird. I’ve been taking ketone-IQ for 2 weeks already. It has worked to increase my focus and energy levels. Not the best flavor, but I would rather have that than have unhealthy artificial flavors added to it. If flavor could be improved without impacting the health quality of the product, that’d be great!

Taste makes u recoil and contemplate life, cold is more manageable but within 15 min you feel like u smoked a lightbulb full of Terry's turbo crystals from a van down by the river. Lazer focused and if you were taking on the world someone better wish the world luck. Lil expensive id like to see the price come down but at this price point I have purchased 4 times.

I am a consumer advocate in how I write about products. I want you to get your moneys worth, so I will never write a review that is not as honest as I can make it. I’m not swayed by hype or public/private opinion. SO, I Looked into this and made a purchase because of what A Diary of a CEO has said about the product and honestly, I was really looking forward to using it...Steve Bartlett talks about it every episode. and it may actually do something ...for him, BUT, I doubt you will feel any different or that it will be measurable for you. I purposefully took the Non-Caffeine version. I have taken it on an empty stomach when I was fasting...late night...early morning...when I was tired...when I was feeling great...when I was feeling sad...when I had a cold...you name it, I’ve tried it under every circumstance I could think of and I feel that this product will disappoint you. It’s also very expensive to feel nothing. I feel nothing...I have no self-measure of any effect whatsoever. It’s bizarre to me that other people do. It does not taste that bad, really. It just really disappointed me and I’d love to hear from others who have had the same experience. There is also the problem of tiny plastic “forever” bottles that will be here 1000 years after we are gone. I think the manufacturers should definitely do something about that environmental packaging misstep. Steve Bartlett should too.
