Does the plastic used in these sheets provide archival quality?

Looking on the Hama website, they make no claims of being Archival. They are PVC so will need to be kept in a dry environment to avoid trapping moisture. I'm using them to separate some slides that have been kept in plastic slide boxes and have some fungal damage. At least with these there are airgaps. These are just my opinions but hope they help.
