Despite what I'm about to say, we actually do like this caref, it has a great design, looks good on our counter, does what we need it to do (for the most part) and seems like it will last us for a couple of years. However, it is annoying that you have to tilt it really far to get your coffee. I still get psyched out that the coffee is all gone before it hits that sweet spot angle (which is practically 90degrees over your cup) and starts pouring the coffee. Also it does not keep it hot for nearly 12 hours. My husband wakes up and makes coffee around 4:45-5am and by the time I get up to have coffee around 6:45-7 the coffee is warm, but not hot at all. If I have coffee later in the morning, like 9-10 am its still warm-ish but I have to microwave it or it cools down way too quickly in the mug . So don't expect your coffee to be nice and hot for more than an hour or two in this caref, but it will stay warmish for a good while.

I Purchased the black and gold. It serves me well. Hot liquid stay hot for almost 2 days I was surprised. I use this everyday. I am a big tea drinker. I recommend you buy this product.

I wanted something to bring to work, the first day I forgot it. I came back the next day and the coffee was STILL WARM. I poured it at 7:30am Monday, tested if Tuesday at 9am and it was still pretty warm.. I’m in shock, I have used tumblers, classic camping things that swear to keep things hot or cold.. this is the real deal. Would buy 10X over. So happy

It’s beautiful and sturdy, feels like quality material however the spout is so hard to pour from. The canister was half way full and in order to pour I had to tip the top almost straight upside down. It’s very heavy to do that for my small self. The lid also has a million pieces and I can imagine it being a pain in the *** to clean.
