Better than the copies
I originally baulked at the price when compared to the compatible ones. I used a copy once and the flow was very poor so gone on to the originals now and the flow is much better. Still over priced in my opinion though but a much better product when compared to the compatibles.

Expensive but good
Used compatible filters for ages, Doulton Ultracarbs, but since I changed the housing to the new FRF03 one I couldn't find a Doulton to fit (push fit filter instead of screw fit). So went for the Franke original, more than twice the price but the water tastes fine (it did under the Doulton as well). So will stick with these from now on.

Easily replace old filter
Improved flow-rate and taste. Old one obviously needed replacing. Perfect fit.
