Yes - it’s worth it!!!
At first I thought “$100 for a hair brush - are you crazy?” But then it arrived, and I used it, and my hair has never been happier! For context, I have very long, fine hair but it grows pretty densely so it’s insanely tangle-prone. This brush has been a game changer in the tangle department! I used to have a lot of breakage due to tangle issues, but this brush has almost completely eliminated that. Not to mention it’s so beautiful and great quality. Looks almost like a piece of art in my bathroom. I definitely recommend!

My favorite purchase this year!
This was a frivolous purchase but the crappy brush I paid like $10 for has lasted me 10+ years so I figured it was worth the investment. I LOVE this brush so much I bought one for my best friend for her Birthday. My kids come in to my room to use it. It’s amazing. I had no idea I could love a brush. It looks and feels expensive, distributed the natural oils in your hair. I recommend buying a brush cleaner with it, I bought the kitsch one for like $10. 10/10 recommend this brush.

Finally understood the hype after first use
I get it now. The glide and the feeling on your scalp are just on another level especially on straight stubborn hair – so much gentler. I also have a wide plastic comb from Janeke (that once popular Italian brand) and the difference is very real lol. Now my Oribe is only for clean hair and Janeke goes for dirty hair People leaving low stars expected this comb to do miracles on their head but its still just a comb. A really pretty quality and gentler one. Yes its pricey and you can survive without it but its definitely not bad just because of the price tag

You do not get what you pay for
1 year upate: intially i praised this brush. It felt so good on my scalp. Then about 7 months later, I began to notice small white specs of glue at the base of bristles that I couldn't wash away. I kept using the brush though. I kept it clean as much as possible. One day I noticed an entire group of bristles the came out. 13 months later more bristles began falling out. 17 months later all the bristle were sinking into the soft black pad. The bristles no longer reached my scalp to message. I gently tugged at each bristle to get them into proper position. Instead they all started falling away from the brush. I threw the brush away. A $100 brush should last almost a life time. The white stuff you see in the photos is the glue that the manufacture uses to hold the bristles in place. Stay away from this brush!!!! You live and learn. In this case, you do not get what you pay for.

What a brush!!
You’d think it’d have to be special for the cost- it definitely is. Works wonders even when hair is wet! No frizz at all! Feels like a scalp massage every time with the excellent bristles! If you love taking care of your hair, you will not be disappointed!!

Bad quality product
At first I liked this brush a lot, makes my hair look very smooth and soft. It doesn’t pull out my hair like my old wet brush did and it’s still able to get through my thick hair. BUT then after one month it started loosing bristles and a whole chunk fell out. For the price that is crazy. They took my return back no problem though.

FANTASTIC Brush for Aging Hair
Middle aged woman here - protecting, loving and taking care of every strand on my head to keep it there - is my objective. This brush (in addition to my more expensive Mason Pearson brushes) ensures that happens. It is my every day - I use an another brush tool to ‘brush’ it out weekly - worth the exercise ladies to keep the brush pristine. Have had this for awhile before writing a review - would bu again (and probably should buy another before they are discontinued/ remade at lower quality)
