I love this thing. We use it for everything. Potty training, time outs, learning to be patient, alarm clock, “come back in two minutes and try again”, teeth brushing etc. It’s large which is helpful because it’s a visual timer that has blue for the amount of time left and that helps mind and my kids visual brains. It does make a ticking noise if that bothers you I would skip this one. It’s also magnetic and can hang on the fridge or has a little stand to hold it up like a picture frame which is also a plus. The only con to me is that you have to turn it all the way to 55min and then back to what you want to time each time you use it.

I love how large this timer is. It works just as described. The muted color fits in with our theme at home. Super easy to use and straight to the point with directions. The magnets are strong and large.

JUNK; did not even work once. When opened, when I opened the box, the dial showed two approximately three minutes. I attempted to turn it all the way to set it, and it would not budge. Then I turned it back to zero and tried it again, but this time it would not even show. Such a shame because now, I do not trust this brand.

For individuals who might struggle with traditional timekeeping methods, like children/people with neurodivergence; visual timers work because they provide a visual representation of time passing. They "show" time instead of just telling it with an auditory signal. That being said, there's a significant crossover in the neurodivergence community of folks that have Time Blindness and Auditory Sensitivities - This timer is NOT for those people. If this was the method used to track time in a classroom, I wouldn't be able to hear any lecture from the teacher or focus in a silent room because of this incessant ticking, it feels akin to Chinese Water Torture. Outside of that, the product is exactly as advertised and it's great that it doesn't require batteries.

I don't usually find myself giving 5 star reviews to something I'm returning. I bought this timer to try using with my toddler, but the ticking is so loud and quick it makes me feel panicky. It's like a cartoon bomb is about to explode at any moment. Very stressful. Not conducive to things like preparing a toddler for bedtime, lol. On the other hand, I wish that I could hand out of these out to every elderly relative I've ever had! The timer is HUGE (much larger than I expected) and so easy to see how long you're setting it for thanks to the dark green contrast. It would have been amazing for my grandmother as her eyesight dwindled. The magnets held it very tightly on my fridge so it definitely won't fall off, and it never needs batteries! I really think this is phenomenal product that is just not being marketed to the right audience.

This worked great but then broke after 6 months, the visual part of the timer disconnected from where it should be. This should have lasted longer than that!

Our mornings were madness. I couldn’t get my kids to get ready on time and we were late every day. In comes this god send, and it changed everything! 🙌 It’s easy enough for me to set or my children to set to let them know when their morning chores need to be completed. The timer is sturdy and attaches with a strong magnet to our door. We can all see the large, colorful display from across and use it to call out and tell each other how much time we have left and it’s always accurate. We joke about how we need to beat the bunny before the wolf eats it! It’s a great motivator!

Don't let it fall! If it's dropped it will disassemble from the inside and stop working.

Don't buy it. I'm a teacher - bought this last year and have had it on a whiteboard for display purposes in an uppers years classroom (10-12 year olds). I am the only one that touches it. it is up high so not touched unintentionally, not in the sun or near a heater/ air con and this is now the second timer I have bought of this style. W Whilst the size and design of it is appropriate for purpose and class use, it's not worth the price and breaks far too quickly without cause. I have got less than a year of use out of it and it has already started warping, the countdown doesn't work anymore and the physical timer part freezes in place. You can't tell it has stopped working unless you're up close to hear the lack of ticking so it makes you late- which is literally the opposite of what it is for. Really disappointing considering how careful and delicate I have been with this one specifically to try and make it last at least a year if not longer. Also - you can't even take it a part to try and fix the insides yourself. There's a screw on the back but it's not for the casing, it's for securing the turning knob and internal timer. Just a waste of money.
