Give it time. These actually work!!
It took 6 nights before I could really notice a difference. I am now 2 months in and these are GREAT!!!! My sleep score and REM is the best it’s ever been in at least 4+yrs!!! No side effects. No after taste (actually tastes pretty good). No grogginess in the morning. I highly recommend!!!

Homeopathic SleepCalm pellets
I totally believe in homeopathy and this SleepCalm works for me. Easy to use. The container cap is twisted and pellets are dispensed. I take 6 tiny pellets, under my tongue at night. Very little taste, a little sweet. I fall asleep quickly. I like it and Borion always has high quality products!

It works!
Helps me sleep with no drowsiness in the morning. I take them and I become sleepy in a few minutes uses. I drift off, sleep well for over five/six hours, and wake with no morning side effects. If I wake during the night and can't go back to sleep I take 3 or more, depending on how awake I am. I easily fall back to sleep until morning. This got me through some adjustments after hospitalization, and now when sleep eludes me. I highly recommend these and other Boiron products.

The Sleep Calm Review!
The little package is great for not taking up room. Just take 5 under the tongue and it did start working in a couple of minutes with no taste! It helped me relax to go to sleep! But the next day, I got a big headache! I figured try again the next night, but the same headache happened again the next day!

Excellent product
Loved this product. Worked as intended, might even say better than melatonin. They didn't really have a taste, and so small they were easy to swallow.

I cannot believe how well this works! Sometimes, I can't get my thoughts to turn off so I can relax at night. I pop a few of these under my tongue and I sleep soundly. If the first dose doesn't work right away, a second certainly does the job. It even works for my husband. Happy sleepers here!
