A good product.
I used it to design earrings and rings. The presentation of the finished product was what I was looking for. I also had to get a replacement for one of my 2 orders and the turnaround was quick. Good product.

Packaging problems
This is very pretty wire. I was extremely disappointed at how it is packaged. Almost to the point of returning. It should have at least been securely coiled up before being placed in a box not a bag. I will not be ordering from this company in the future….. what a bummer, I really like your product but I don’t want a tangled mess everytime I order.
