First NAS - Not disappointed at all.
This is my first NAS. I had concerns about the noise some people mentioned in reviews. However, mine is super quiet, unless there is disc activity, of course. I installed two 16 TB Synology HDs. They all work like a champ and I have all of my data transferred. It took about a day to check my discs after I installed them, but the wait was well worth it!Highly recommended!

First Time Synology user
The price on the device was great, I started the setup process haven't yet completed but so far everything went well and I am not expecting any problems. Quality of the device is great, Functionality appears to be on point. Judging by the connectivity very easy, Speed not yet tested. Storage not yet utilize.

Great upgrade from my previous NAS
I had a Western Digital MyCloud NAS for a few years prior because it was cheaper but this one is light years better. I understand why it's more expensive. So much easier to use and offers way more services and add-ons. Highly recommend.

Superb after sales service
One of the drives failed shortly after installation.The seller immediately sent a replacement and a return box.NAS self-repaired so no data loss and now running perfectly.

Nice little beast
This unit is replacing my DS 223J which I must say this is like night and day. This unit was much faster right off the bat but I did go all out and upgrade it with two 400gb NVME SSD.’s and 10 gig NIC card and 32 gigs of RAM so I didn’t max it out all the way, but I think I’m in about $3000 now Which is a lot of money but this is where you will be realistically if you want something that’s going to last and be somewhat future proof and have enough storage to keep up with your demands if you’re going to run Plex and actually store movies on it in addition to having Files and pictures

Great Product
We received it and we have not had any issue with it. It's a very quality product and received just as advertised.The only issue was with my country's customs. I suggest the seller include the estimated cost of clearing to the price so buyers do not have to be blindsided by their customs agents.

Easy Set Up
I will buy another one. I suggest a USB C connection that woud be a big improvment other than that perfect.
