En cuanto al rendimiento, he notado una mejora clara en la fuerza y la resistencia durante los entrenamientos, especialmente en ejercicios de alta intensidad. También ayuda a una mejor recuperación muscular. El formato de 500 g es práctico y tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio. Value for money just not sure about some of the allergy advice. I have been using it for a week and it seems fine. Just very annoying that the scoop size is not the correct measurement so you mix 1.5 scoops instead of just having a proper sized scoop. It’s actually unflavored and mixes well
