After road running this autumn and winter, I had developed a sore heel on one side, and a sore knee on the other. These fitted nicely into my trainers and now I can run with no problems in either knee or heel.

Selected these heel cushions for my son's football boots as he gets sore feet and ankles at the end of a game. He needed something good to absorb the shock and to stop his feet sliding in his boots. After reading all the reviews I decided to go with these. They arrived in good time and in good condition.My son has used them several times and were working well, however, after a while the 'orange' grip started to peel from the cushion and even though they still absorbed shock, my son said they would not stay in position and it has lead me to find alternatives.

I bought my first pair of these wedges in an outdoor shop for my walking books. I now have them in a couple pair of my every-day shoes. I have a slight problem with my Achilles, and these are such a help in keeping my shoes comfortable. Apart from the comfort I don't even notice they are there. They don't slide about, and they seem to last for years. I will be buying more for my husband's shoes.

Didn't help at all with planetary fascitis

I bought these as I’ve been suffering with heel pain due to planter fasciitis. They didn’t make any difference at all.

Easy to use and made a big difference.

The only difficulty is that they tend to move around inside the shoe and there's no way of fixing them into place. But they arrived on time and are as described.
