excellent ram. used it many times since ddr4. all speeds and timings are correct and the heatsink works well. price sux but just keeps getting worse and isnt going to get better anytime soon.

It is insane to me that I bought this just before the market went crazy. Excellent ram, and I hope the prices come down so that I can buy more for my girlfriend's rig. They look excellent and the RGB is really nice. They are within specs and they perform well on all the benchmarks that I've done. Super easy install as well.

This kit from Corsair is amazing, the speeds are fast and it works great pairing with icue link software if you them. Very easy to install and booted up right away and easy to overlock.

I bought this memory to use in a new computer gaming system I built which consists of the following parts: Ryzen 7800x3d CPU MSI Pro B650-P Wifi Motherboard DeepCool AK620 Zero Dark 32 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000mhz AMD Memory (CMH32GX5M2B6000Z30K) Asus Tuf RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB Video Card Creative Audigy FX V2 Sound Card Corsair RM1200e 1200W Power Supply Fractal Meshify 2 RGB Case Windows 11 Home I had problems getting it to run @6000 mhz Expo, but I was able to get it running fine @5200 mhz Expo. It has been running months at that speed without issue. I do not blame the Corsair memory for not doing @6000 mhz. It is most likely the memory controller on my AMD 7800x3d cpu, or my motherboard bios. I could play with it more and perhaps get @5600 mhz or higher, but everything runs so well at @5200 mhz I really have not been motivated to mess with it. From what I have read, the most important thing is to get the Expo timings working. The difference between @5200 mhz and @6000 mhz at the 1440p resolution that I play games at would be minimal, a few frames per second that I would not even notice. It is more important to me that everything runs stable with no crashing, and that is exactly how my computer has run these past months. Also, it is very fast and every game I have from FaryCry 6, World of WarCraft The War Within, Dying Light 2, to Cyberpunk 2077 plays fantastic with the graphics maxed out! The rgb lights look great although they are partially covered by my huge DeepCool heat sink. I have no cons with this memory, I am very happy with it. It comes with a lifetime warranty should I ever need it, which I doubt I ever will.

I like the RAM, the RGB and iCue are well designed and responsive, and everything runs smooth and fast with it. Temps are good. However, because these come clocked at 4800MHz, you need to manually overclock it to 6000MHz, and doing this can lead to instability and long boot times as I have experienced. I need to find out how to tweak this so I’m not waiting two minutes for my PC to boot. By the way: it says “gray” on the product listing; it’s more of a dark gray with the tab on the side being a light gray. From outside of your case it’ll just look black. I’m using this for VR which is the only reason you should need such a fast clock speed (CL30) otherwise something like CL36 will bring you more value for your money.
