Excellent quality and functionality!
We bought this shade for a kitchen window that is way out of our reach and had no curtain. Our privacy has been taken from us by a neighbor with a drone that continues to watch us through this window. Authorites have been called but they keep missing it and although we have video of the drone, not much we can do. This shade gives us peace of mind and control of our privacy back. We love the remote control feature. We can open the shade during the day and close it at night! Super simple to set up! Very pleased!

Great Product – Works Perfectly for Ceiling Windows!
I got the motorized window blinds a month ago and I am really happy with these for my ceiling window. Installation was a breeze, and the blinds fit perfectly. They darken the room nicely, making it much easier to watch TV without any annoying reflections. Even though my main door is open right now, and I can't see the room get completely dark, it's clear that the blinds do a great job of blocking out light. Overall, a fantastic product that does exactly what it promises. Highly recommend!

Customer service
The blinds and remote functions are fantastic, however I had the issue when tried to change the battery after 7 months. I reached out to the customer service team and they sent me a replacement of the blinds.

Great but one randomly stopped working
Really happy with the purchase, have had them for about 8 months . Battery lasted about 7 months before needing changing. I bought 4 and one of them has randomly stopped working. Really frustrated trying to get it to work and trouble shooting. Do not want to buy a new one and they aren’t even 1 year old yet.

Defective
Only reason I’m giving two stars is because I ordered 2 and one is defective. The other works great. The remote came broken and arrived cracked opened. It’s clear this was a returned item that was not quality checked. QUALITY CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS AND DONT WASTE PEOPLES TIME!
