Could not be used as chip glued firmly in place
Using this product required me to remove the microchip from the original HP cartridge with a sharp chisel supplied. This was a dangerous procedure and took a long time. Unfortunately I discovered the chip was firmly glued in place so the chip could not be removed without damaging it. I suspect that HP have now made it impossible to put their chips and a non-HP cartridges. As a result I reluctantly had to return the cartridge.

DIY NEEDED
Bought this product on the pretence that it was a direct replacement but was informed until read the instructions that came with it which stated you have to remove the chip from your old cartridge and fix it to the replacement for this product to work WASTE OF MONEY AND WASTE OF TIME I followed the instructions and tried to remove the chip from the old product but the chip ended up becoming damaged Theo the removal process again WASTE OF MONEY AND WASTE OF TIME I actually ended up buying the original replacement from the manufacturer which was in reality a lot cheaper and had the chip come standard fit with the replacement.

This is THE worst product I have purchased on here. Not enough space to say my true thoughts. Dangerous comes to mind. And also very poor quality.

Not a good buy if you’re not nippy with your hands
Cut my finger trying to prise out the old chip. Inserted it into the toner but still won’t work. All that effort and I ended up going back to buy ORM. Lesson learnt. Never again.

Ho comprato questo toner per la mia stampante qualche mese fa, nella descrizione c'è riportata la compatibilità stampante M140we. MA È FALSO!!!! non funziona e non la riconosce, me l'ha quasi rotta e l'ha mandata completamente fuori uso. non fidatevi assolutamente!!!? Ho contattato hp e sono stato più di un ora per configurare la vecchia stampante, ma loro mi hanno detto di non acquistare queste che non sono compatibili. Attendo che mi comunichiate come ottenere un rimborso. Naturalmente io vi rendo il toner ma gradirei avere una risposta di come ottenere il rimborso considerando che non posso utilizzarle nonostante sia nuova. Vi ringrazio. Resto in attesa di un vostro riscontro. Cordialita'.

Unterirdisches Produkt
„Ohne Chip, mit Werkzeug“ bedeutet, dass die Patrone vom Drucker nicht erkannt wird, da der Konformitätschip fehlt. Mit Messerklinge, Spachtel und Anweisung soll dieser von der Originalpatrone entfernt werden und in die gekaufte Kartusche eingesetzt werden. „Viel Spaß“ dabei und legen sie schon mal den Verbandskasten bereit.Nach dem Versuch landete das Produkt im Mülleimer!
