Firestone will has nice bright white color. It is sturdy and works well for the price. I replaced an older grate that had fallen apart and I am please with the more modern look

Not exactly premium, but still a tick above a lot of the options out there. The good. Built sturdy, extruded aluminum frame with corner braces. Survived shipping unharmed. A vinyl lip around the frame to seal to the ceiling. Has several methods of plastic shims to help stop that annoying vent rattle. Ships with corner guards to help with Amazon's lacking packing practices. Inner and outer vanes are extruded aluminum, not just bent sheet metal. The bad. They forgot to paint the inner vanes. They are just bare unprocessed shiny aluminum. The vinyl seal is a bit stiff and can distort the frame if mounting screws are tightened with much preload. A foam gasket would have perhaps been a better choice. Not bad at all in the end, just not sure the price is entirely justified.

The frame is white and the fins are silver? Looks cheap. The frame face corners are metered metal with a very noticeable separation line. The fins are tiny and hardly able to deflect air. Its overall appearance is very low quality. The adjustment of the fins is very difficult as well. The fins are very small, maybe 1/4 of an inch. The photos misrepresent the actual color as white. The fins are silver. I sent them back right after I received them. Cheap product

Very happy with this aluminum air supply register. The construction feels solid and much better made than the typical lightweight vents you find at big-box stores. The finish looks clean and professional, and it gives the room a much nicer appearance. The adjustable blades move smoothly and make it easy to direct the airflow where I want it. Installation was straightforward, and the 16" x 8" size fit the duct opening perfectly. If you're replacing an old or cheap-looking HVAC register and want something that looks good, feels durable, and functions properly, this is a great choice. I would definitely buy it again. 5 stars — highly recommended!
