Great product and good service
We've bought this product several times in the past ( we lose them - they don't break)iand products are good quality at a very good price. Unfortunately on this occasion issues with courier delivery ( it happens to everyone) However refund issued promptly and wouldn't hesitate to use again

Does the job ok.
Ratchet cutter does a real good job of tensioning and cutting when ready. Crimper can be a bit tricky to setup, dropped a few crimps as they want to fall out before you can squeeze the handles of the crimper when used on a vertical surface. Maybe I need to use it more to get the hang of it better.
