Bought this with the intention of cleaning a few small rugs. The first time, it worked and sucked up all the water, the second time, at the end of cleaning the carpet was soaking and no water in the dirty water tank with one soaking carpet. Tried numerous times to refit the tank, it finally worked again, then the next time, an empty dirty water tank!! Not impressed with this machine, now to try and contact the company

Did not work straight out of the box. The spray nozzle on the unit did not work, no water came out. I followed the instructions to prime the water hose but to no avail. After repeated attempts to prime the spray jet failed I gave up and returned the defective machine. Very disappointed that the machine failed to live up to the hype. Quality control at the factory failed to spot the defective unit. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning this to the pickup point and hoping the QR code can be read at the post office for the return label.

The water didn’t come through the squirt nozzle tried for well over an hour pressing trigger to activate and followed the troubleshooting instructions but could see the water only went up the pipe a few inches, useless sent it straight back .

Part arrived damaged, requested replacement part and despite FOUR promises to send one immediately, six months later and still no part received. Disappointed Francesca’s team just seemed to have fobbed me off so I didn’t return the full unit. No reply at all from them now the returns deadline has passed. Maybe products are cheaper because they sell seconds / damaged products? Would recommend buy elsewhere

No instruction manual in box. Not happy to try it incase it invalidates the guarantee.

This lasted under 12 months it stopped sucking liquid up wouldnt buy again.

Great little machine.... Easy to use... Both water bottles remove for cleaning after use... Suction was impressive and did a top job on the rug in the picture.... Not too wet when finished.... But its sunny today so rug drying outside probably take an hour... All in all well put together piece of kit... Perfect for rugs.. Cars... Caravans... Great purchase at an acceptable price.... 👍

This is a small but mighty machine !! Great suction,long hose and even comes with a cleaning solution which smells lovely!! I only gave 4 stars due to late delivery but I can definitely recommend the Vacmaster easyclean !!!

Amazing thing, very easy to use and really kicks up a lot of dirt and debris. I’ve tried it on my bed since it had a stain and the carpet (I rented an old house with original carpeted floor, no need to say how disgusting it was), and the stains and over all dust have been removed in a minute. The only down side is the tube seems very flimsy and I don’t know if there’s any replacements, thats why I only give it 4/5. *i don’t have a picture of the carpet before but believe me, massive improvement

يجي معها قطعه للتنظيف الذاتي و قطعه اضافيه لشفط مساحه اكبر ولكن الافضل استخدام الصغيره ليكون قوة الشفط اعلى خزانات الماء حجمها كبير جدا يعطيك اريحيه وما تحتاج تسوي تفريغ متكرر دائما عندنا المعروف بيسيل و هوفر ،، اما هالشركه جديده علي مدري شوضعها من ناحية صيانه وتوفر قطع غيار لي 7 شهور استخدمها وشغاله تمام ماحسيت انها رخيصه بالعكس مثلها مثل البيسيل بل شفطها اقوى وخزاناتها اكبر من البيسيل قطعه الشفط الذاتي البلاستيكيه ما جت مع الكرتون والبائع اعتذر عن توفيرها ولكن قام بتعويض جزئي كان تعامل محترم وسريع يُشكر عليه اخذت وحده ثانيه للوالده
