The cooling of this pillow is so perfect. And laying on it feels so nice. After a lot of research I found this pillow as a possible ideal option for a small side-sleeper. I'm 5'3" and my shoulders aren't very wide. I bought it in the 2.75" loft. I wanted it to work so so badly. It felt like heaven to lay on as soon as I crawled into bed. Unfortunately, this is a very "it's not you, it's me" situation. It simply doesn't work with my body. However, the company definitely stands by their 30-day money back guarantee which is what led me to leave this review. I know this is the perfect pillow for somebody, just not me.

I’m already purchasing my third pillow from this brand, and I couldn’t be happier! I absolutely love it and don’t regret it at all. If you prefer thinner pillows, this one is perfect — the quality is truly outstanding. The cover is very easy to remove and wash, which makes it even more convenient. My previous two pillows have lasted me about three years and still held up great. My child even asked for the same one, so I ordered another and specifically chose this brand again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality thin pillow!

I can't believe what a difference this pillow makes. I am a stomach sleeper and occasionally end up on my back. I would always wake up with aches and pains in my neck and shoulders. I was reading something about pillows and I thought I wonder if this would help, well it did!! For the first time in years I woke up without neck and shoulder pain. I initially tried the 2.75" flat pillow and it was good...but I kept thinking maybe it'd feel even better if it was just a bit thicker, so I kept the first pillow and ordered a second pillow which is 3.25" . All I can say is this is the best thing I've ever done. I fall asleep faster and I sleep through the night. I just can't say enough positive things about this pillow. Love it and just wish I had done it sooner. I just started using the pillow so I can't comment on it's shape retention over the long haul, but I have absolutely no complaints about it! It doesn't seem to retain heat and it keeps it's shape. It is firm but maybe a better description would be firm but comfortable. I never thought a $40 pillow was going to be this good of an investment, but it's an unbelievable value for what it does!!

I wish so badly this pillow had worked for me. I gave it four stars because it’s well made, very durable, soft and cozy as an in-between the knees pillow, or for back support on my very uncomfortable desk chair. Unfortunately, my neck and shoulders are so tense that I can’t seem to find a pillow that works. That being said, this pillow had been the best of the many I have tried. Additionally, my customer service experience with Bluewave was above and beyond. They were kind and understanding about me wanting to return the pillow. I think this pillow has great potential, it just wasn’t right for me.

This pillow is fantastic. It is a little pricier than it maybe needs to be, but I also got it when I needed it rather than waiting on deals. Regardless, it is the perfect pair with my wedge pillow and gives me softness and support without being too high or bulky. My sleep quality is way better with this and I would describe it as squishy rather than fluffy and definitely on the softer side. If you are layering it on a super firm wedge, you need that or at least I needed that. This has transformed my sleep quality, so I do recommend it. It fluffs up in less than an hour if you put it in a no heat dryer tumble cycle like the company suggests. I did not notice any kinds of smells from the stuffing foam and the foam has little vent holes in it probably to distribute airflow evenly and maybe cooling? In any case, I am so happy. I got the 2.75in by the way. It is thin but not the thinnest the company has.

When you can only sleep on thin pillows is when you know how hard it is to find quality ones. These pillow are great. My neck feels great and I do not wake up with stiffness and pain.

This pillow doesn't work for me. I purchased the 1.75" Standard size. It is soft and comfortable under my head, but not so much under my neck. If the sides were tapered as shown in the picture in the description, I think this pillow would have been perfect. But the sides are only slightly curved, so the foam under my neck is too thick and feels like it is pressing into my neck. I sleep mostly on my back and have always preferred thin pillows. I've spent the last few years sleeping flat on my mattress without a pillow, with a folded washcloth under the curve in my neck for support, because I haven't been able to find a pillow that is thin enough. I saw this one mentioned in an article recently and was excited to try it. I would like my head to be slightly elevated when I sleep because I've been told that is better for blood circulation. You can see in my photos that the pillow is actually a little over 1.75". It is soft, so my head sinks down a little in it, but the edges are too high for my neck.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I lost my last pillow I had for 10 years by leaving it an Air BnB. I bought this to replace it (3.25"). It took a few hours to reach full thickness and 3 days to "air out" to the point where I couldn't smell it anymore. I left it in an open window with a fan on and flipped it twice a day. Since I think it matters, I'm 6'1" 180lbs. The 3.25 is right on the money to keep my neck aligned when side sleeping. The holes in the pillow are the same on both sides, meaning you can flip it without changing the feel of the pillow. I prefer this as I will flip my pillow in the night in hot weather. It feels neutral as far as heat retention. I do sleep on a plush latex mattress which has more of an "on top" feel vs a memory foam mattress which has a 'sunken" feel to me and a traditional spring mattress which feels like I'm either sleeping on a plank or in a taco, depending on the firmness and age of the mattress. While I like the latex mattress the best, I found latex pillows didn't allow my neck to sink enough into the pillow, so I always look for memory foam pillows that are plush. Overall, I'd call the firmness on this pillow as very plush and a 2-3 on the firmness scale of 10. It cradles the head very well which I prefer as a side sleeper. I don't feel like I'm going to "roll off" the pillow if I try to adjust and I don't feel like it creates a divot if I try to move my head to a different position. I toss and turn during the night, so this is very important to me. I do use a zippered cotton pillowcase with a cotton pillowcase over it, as well as what it comes. So that does have an impact on how it feels vs just throwing a pillowcase on it. I'll watch movies in bed with another pillow to prop it up. It's not as good as my last pillow for watching movies (I think due to extra plushness compared to my lost pillow), but sleeping has been great and only took a couple nights to adjust to the new pillow. I've gone through many pillows since I've had a few car accidents and have bad neck/shoulder pain if my neck is out of alignment when I sleep. I'd buy this pillow again if I needed to replace it.

I have bought 2. Love the cool pillow the second pillow i ordered doesnt have the cooling side. Like the first pillow so much ill let the mistake on the second slide. Wish i had 2 colling pillows though.

I purchases the product and the delivery date became an extra day. as soon as it arrived I opened it and it had yellow stains as if someone had already used the product. I do not recommend anyone to buy an expensive pillow and then receive a used product
