I have slept sooo soo good with this new pillow. I personally like a thin pillow for support. This pillow is amazing and the extra length and weight make it so that it stays on my bed all night and i dont push it off during sleep. Like a air cushion or cloud you face and head just gently nestles into it and its marshmellowy and soft i absolutly love it. it holds its shape. the quality is proffesional. the foam insert is very well made and so is the soft bedding like cover it comes with. High quality definetly worth the price. The only thing to consider when switching to a foam pillow is heat transfer. you will expirience clogged ears because during the night the cotton and air flow is not wicking moisture from your ears. ever wonder why and old pillow has some darkish stainingin various spots? thats ear wax and sweat. regular pillows aid in regulating temperature more evenly than a thicker foam pillow. its not entirely a deal breaker or a serious issue. but it takes some getting used to. last but not least DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR OLD PILLOW! wait, you will need it for three days as you let this completly air out. it comes with a very strong chemical scent. you need to let it air out on all sides away from other fabrics. i recommend putting it on a clean floor away from daily traffic and flip it occasionally. it takes about 48 hours or sometimes a little more to fully air out. placing it near ventilated areas or fans can help speed up the process. Do not let this stop you from buying and trying this out. it is well worth it. A flatter pillow is more natural on your neck and spine. if you sleep on your back or stomach. If your a side sleeper than you need a thicker pillow. your posture should be a straight line.

Omg! I bought these shortly after buying a new memory foam mattress because I forgot my existing pillows were flat the way I worked them to be, but they were getting too old. I got two of these and am using them both every night. Took me a single night to get used to them (had to treat these different than my worn pillows; placement tryouts throughout night 1). But by night 2, I had that down and now I'm just upset I didn't buy pillows like these earlier. They are firm, yet they give and don't fight you when you adjust your arms around them. I'm a side sleeper so I thought maybe these wouldn't be good for me. But I kind of place one of these pillows between my shoulder blade and my neck, and this pillow rocks in providing the perfect amount of space for my broad shoulders. Plus stack them up and they work well for me when watching TV before bed. They hold their shape perfectly, so that's a plus. And they came in very nice packaging; made me feel more important than I am lol. All and all, I feel I got a great value on these pillows. They are quality pillows; haven't washed them yet but I'll be doing that soon and am not expecting any issues with removing the outer cases and washing them. Time will tell on that though.

I can't believe what a difference this pillow makes. I am a stomach sleeper and occasionally end up on my back. I would always wake up with aches and pains in my neck and shoulders. I was reading something about pillows and I thought I wonder if this would help, well it did!! For the first time in years I woke up without neck and shoulder pain. I initially tried the 2.75" flat pillow and it was good...but I kept thinking maybe it'd feel even better if it was just a bit thicker, so I kept the first pillow and ordered a second pillow which is 3.25" . All I can say is this is the best thing I've ever done. I fall asleep faster and I sleep through the night. I just can't say enough positive things about this pillow. Love it and just wish I had done it sooner. I just started using the pillow so I can't comment on it's shape retention over the long haul, but I have absolutely no complaints about it! It doesn't seem to retain heat and it keeps it's shape. It is firm but maybe a better description would be firm but comfortable. I never thought a $40 pillow was going to be this good of an investment, but it's an unbelievable value for what it does!!

I wish so badly this pillow had worked for me. I gave it four stars because it’s well made, very durable, soft and cozy as an in-between the knees pillow, or for back support on my very uncomfortable desk chair. Unfortunately, my neck and shoulders are so tense that I can’t seem to find a pillow that works. That being said, this pillow had been the best of the many I have tried. Additionally, my customer service experience with Bluewave was above and beyond. They were kind and understanding about me wanting to return the pillow. I think this pillow has great potential, it just wasn’t right for me.

I've tried just about every pillow it seems, trying to find one that doesn't cause me neck and shoulder issues. I am a side and back sleeper with a small frame. We also have a soft mattress which makes a difference too. Anyway I recently realized that I needed a lower loft pillow even though I do sleep on my side a lot of the time. I prefer solid memory foam to the shredded filling as I've found that the shredded filling moves around and doesn't provide that consistent support. It is hard to find a solid foam pillow that isn't too thick and too firm. This pillow seems just right. It is thinner than than what I would have thought I needed, but I am comfortable and without pain in the mornings. The foam is on the softer squishy side, but also supportive. Your head sinks in nicely, but not too much. The cover is also nice and soft. Most of us probably use a pillow case anyway, but I still appreciate a nice cover to protect the pillow. I would definitely recommend this one. 👍🏻👍🏻 Update: Still great, but because it is a little bit softer and squishy pillow (for memory foam) I ended up going up from the 2.75" to the 3.25" just to compensate a little for the sinking in difference. This way I still have the right support. I like that the pillow is on the softer side (again for a solid memory foam pillow) and you definitely don't sink all the way down into it. It does provide good support, but 2.75 was just a little too thin for me if you consider that slight difference. I had no neck issues, but my shoulder was a little squished when sleeping on my side.

I have always struggled finding the perfect pillow, but I have officially found the holy grail of pillows. The perfect amount of support, does not prop your head into some awkward unnatural position and wonderful for side sleeping. Since switching to this pillow my neck and shoulder pain has subsided completely.

Out of the box, this pillow felt great and I thought my quest for the perfect pillow had ended. After waiting 24 hours as instructed, I attempted to sleep on it... and found myself waking several times a night, and in the mornings with a head/neck ache. Even though the pillow feels soft and squishy to the hand, lying on it is a different experience – under my head it felt like a flat rock. I would have given this pillow 1 star, but I really like the zippered pillow protector. Rather than ask for refund, I decided to keep the pillow protector for my new pillow, which is a keeper: “Talatex Talalay Ultra Slim 100% Natural Premium Latex Pillow, Ultra Thin Flat Pillow for Stomach and Back Sleepers Helps Cervical Neck Alignment and Deeper Sleep, No Memory Foam Chemicals” UPDATE: I changed what would have been a 1-star rating to 3 stars because the seller is motivated to satisfy the customer. The 2.75” pillow didn’t work for me, but the seller went above and beyond, so I may try the 3.25” the next time I need a new pillow.

I bought this for my 93 year-old mother, her spine gets sore when she sits. She doesn’t like big bulky pillows so I ordered this one and it is the perfect size to fit behind her back when she’s sitting in her recliner. Her spine is not as red as it usually is I would definitely recommend this pillow. Update: I ordered one for myself; I love it. As someone who has had neck pain for years, this pillow allows a full nights sleep with no pain.

I absolutely love this pillow! It looks very flat but it actually supports the head and neck very well. Since i sleep on it, I have less neck-pain in the morning. The best pillow i’ve had👍🏼

La mejor almohada que he tenido. Es muy cómoda y está a la altura perfecta para mi cuello. La mayoría de las almohadas, aunque estén marcadas como delgadas, me quedan muy altas, esta no. Si a veces te gusta dormir boca arriba sin almohada, o con la menor de la inclinación, esta almohada está perfecta.
