When we experience the symptoms on the box(?) We take it as directed, which I believe is indicated on the box. It contains acetaminophen & a “decongestant” safe for people with high blood pressure.

What's the difference between the old abd new besides the price?

The only thing I can think of is the new pill is in a different form. The new ones are gel tablets. The old ones were coated tablets.

why doesn't it show the relieves in front of the box like the other boxes?

Don’t know, but don’t waste your money. It didn’t work for my father. I continued to administer the non-drowsiness formula anti-flu medication.
