This product is designed to do one thing. It doesn't incorporate a torch, or satellite navigation, or a vegetable peeler. It is intended solely to hang a guitar from a wall. When it fails in that capacity, it cannot be redeemed. Its quality of manufacture, its aesthetics, its packaging are all irrelevant.The hanger was attached securely to the wall, yet when I arrived home I found my Gretsch lying face down on the ground. Baffled, I put it back up and surveilled its progress. The guitar gradually slid towards the front of the hanger, twisted as it moved and slipped past the spring-loaded safety tabs (which sometimes settle in their intended position, but often don't, and rarely both at the same time) and dropped towards the ground. This time I was there to catch it.This hanger can not be trusted, and that makes it useless. It has one job, at which it is singularly unsuccessful.

Fits my acoustic guitar really well. The auto closing mechanism works by the weight of the guitar on the hanger making the tabs close.The main body of the product is plastic with a wooden effect, and the main part that the guitar sits on having an extra 'grippier' foam/plastic. The part you screw to the wall is wood and all fixings are provided.It looks super smart when on the wall and frees up valuable floor space!

I bought two of these. One for a guitar and one for a bass. My bass keeps slipping off and thankfully I grab it just before it hits the ground. The rubber isn’t all that grippy, it’s more like silicone you might cook with. They also didn't come with any instructions as to how to fit it properly and it took me way too long to realise there was a connecting notch inside you have to push and turn against. The two I got are also entirely different woods for the hardwood element.

Better than I thought! This wall-fixing guitar bracket automatically locks the neck of the guitar in when you put it in place. The "neck" of the bracket, between the 'U' shaped bracket and the round wall mount, is cleverly spring-loaded. The weight of the guitar pulls it down and that actives the two locking hands. Love it!

As in pic, I am using these to hang my Mandolin, Banjo and beloved Tenor Uke. The locking mechanism makes sure they don't slip off, yet they are very easy to hang and take down one-handed. Perfect. The rubberised inner contact pads ensure the instruments are not marked either. I am sure they could hold much heavier instruments (although the banjo is quite weighty anyway).

Looks great when installed and the spring arms work really well.Only reason Im not giving a 5 star is I notice right away when open the package the screws that came with it arnt long enough/ big enough to handle bigger heavier guitars.My bass slowly pulled it almost out the wall after 2 days but I spotted it and drilled new longer screws into the same holes with new plugs and they held in fine and now it looks awesome.

Superb design, the weight of the guitar turns the securing tabs. I had intended to use this to hold and display my Strat but when I tried it against the wall there is a gap about 5 inches between wall and guitar so that the guitar just dangles in mid air. With my acoustic that gap is a lot less and I feel happier using the hanger with it.Superb delivery and looks very professional.

Decent quality and sturdy, you've no worries that your guitar will fall. Although, one of them was almost impossible to screw into the wall due to the screw hole lining up with the guitar bracket so I couldn't angle the screwdriver to get the screw into the wall.
