Gentle massage
I've used this a couple of times. I thought it wasn't really doing much but I felt the difference the following day. I suggest that you don't overdo it at first.

Does the job
Bought this as i needed something convenient that could fit in my carry on suitcase. It does the job and i use it frequenlty when sitting at the desk at home or when on vacation. Its not foam and not flexible, not as ergonomic as i would like but overall recommended.

My personal massage saver
Was not really expecting much from this product with many viewings of videos, but my goodness it is really great. Manly use on my calves and thighs to ease out tight knotty muscles. Great for that IT band for those who know what that is. By applying your total weight accordingly you can vary the pressure without to much effort. Good build and looks like it will last a long time.

This is proving to be a great little multi-purpose tool!
I have been very pleasantly surprised at how effective this tool is for relaxing stiff hamstrings. Also proving to be great for foot massage and building ankle and foot flexibility.

Not comfortable to use
As with a lot of these tools, you end up with a cricked neck or aching arms as you try to massage the muscles in other parts of your body. Physio recommended something like this, but it didn’t work for me

Good quality
I've bought this as a present for someone so not used it myself. Packaging is good and the roller looks like good quality. I think I will be buying one for myself soon.

Effective!
This is more effective than I thought it would be. My lower back was sore so I used this to see if it would help and within a minute the soreness was gone.You can use it with a light touch for a light massage or you can put more pressure on to go deeper. It’s sturdy and can handle a fair amount of pressure. The handles have good grips that make them easy to hang onto.I think it’s great and it was a great price.

c’est de la camelote !!! Quelques morceaux de PVC glissent un tige de fer , pas de roulements a billes. à ce prix la , c’est de l’arnaque .
