Way better than the garbage Game Stop sells--and less expensive than a refurbished controller. . I went through two of those and got this one out of frustration. Works great so far. But watch out! It's a lot more sensitive (in a good way) so I had to modify my play style to work with a controller that actually works properly.

I was very upset when I was not able to order an official ps4 dual shock controller due to shortages so I settled for this one at almost half the price of an official one. However this controller rocks. The sensitivity is perfect. No dead zones. Very very sensitive. I usually have to crack the sensitivity up to 7 or 8 on most all games especially FPS but with this controller I have to turn it down to 2or 3. Its awesome. Buy this controller for real. If your a hardcore gamer get it. Maybe not so much for beginners cause it is so sensitive. Button response reminds me of SNES controller. The triggers are just right too. The middle button takes some getting used to it's much different but well worth it The pros far far out weigh that one con. Also was delivered in a day and a half. Very happy customer here. Get the 3 year warranty too. It's only 5 bucks

I returned this item. It didn't work for me. There seemed to be little to no support for use on a windows pc. It would never connect via Bluetooth, only by the usb wire. In fact, windows couldn't even see it via Bluetooth. The supplied quick guide was printed so tiny, you would need a powerful magnifying glass to read it. The support website was only in spanish. The controller did however have a good feel to it. Felt well made. Too bad I could not it with the Bluetooth feature. I don't believe the seller should use the words Dual shock" in the title of the listing. Very misleading.

Gotta admit, this controller is really nice. I have very low expectations for aftermarket items cause they usually aren't made with the quality control of oem stuff. But this controller at this price point is an excellent deal. So far no problems, no hiccups, works as well as the oem controller. But I had give four stars because it won't fit in the oem charging port on my charging station, the design is slightly different than Sony's design, so I actually have to standard a wall charger, it's not a big deal, just a little inconvenient.

The overall feeling of the actual controller is fantastic. Nice buttons with a satisfying click when pressed. The joysticks work well and feel crisp. The size of the controller fits my hands perfect and the grips are a nice touch.However, every so often the controller completely desyncs and makes the audio and input freeze. Its a small inconvenience since it doesn't have any effect on the console and only happens roughly once every 5 or 6 sit downs. And all you have to do is fix it is by force restarting the controller itself with a toothpick in the little hole on the back of the controller. But still, it is aggravating. Not aggravating enough to ship it back, but aggravating none the less.

I like that this controller was inexpensive and it still works. I bought this controller back in May for my husband and most of the reviews were bad. I'm so happy I didn't listen. But, he also followed the directions about charging it first with its own cord before using his own.

Has already went out doesn't work anymore,just a little over a month old

the controller works great it’s smooth nice feel however it makes my audio very very quiet i had to turn my playstation all the way up just to hear stuff normally also the D-Pad (the up, down, left, right, cross button) has some issues when i press up on it, it’ll click to the left this is VERY irritating as i play competitive games and every second counts it’ll switch my gun to single fire mode ALL THE TIME also if my headset is just barely unplugged or not plugged in all the way it’ll make this VERY LOUD sound like clicking a playstation application or something and it’ll just repeat that over and over extremely loud
