This training aid does exactly what it was designed to do. I live it for that. You can see your swing path clear as day. I did need double sided tape to make it stick to the mats I hit off of. 3 stars though because My big complaint is that after the first use I could see the sequins breaking off and I’m afraid after just a few uses it’ll be too worn out to be of a benefit anymore. Anyone else have this issue?

If you are using this inside, you MUST put two strips of 2” wide Velcro( sticky ) along both sides . If you don’t it will fly as long as what you are hitting. It seems durable but time will tell. For my swing it helps to identify the impact point. Bottom line, the cost is double given the Velcro $. I expect the spikes will work well outdoors. It’s just another aid to fine tune your swing.

I’ve only had this a short while but it really helps to show how you’re striking the ball even without a ball there.

Not sturdy but is usable

Awesome product to see which way your club faces. Definitely helped me from slicing in my game. Comes with a way to stick it down at the range, and easy to set up in your backyard to just practice your swing. Really good product overall and highly recommend.

Went to the driving range with it & staked it down with plastic stakes provided. After four swings two of corner eyelets tore. Functionally it worked but it is not high quality.

Good feedback on ball contact/divot/club-head path. But every hit, the mat needs to be adjusted. Maybe with some longer stakes to hold it down.

This is good to show the path of your golf swing because as you swing thru the mat, the sequins flip over from green to white. But after several swings, the sequins don’t go back perfectly so I don’t know about the long term durability of it. Overall, it’s a good aid to help straighten out a swing. Can be staked in the ground with included stakes to keep it in place.
