We have been taking this for months and it helps with our sleep. It is a bit of a higher dose so even though it is Magnesium Glycinate it can could make tummy issues worse if you have a more sensitive stomach or if you are already prone to going to the bathroom more then normal. If that is the case you may want to find one that has a smaller dose. We use this to help with our sleep so we take it with our night time medicine and it makes a noticeable difference for both my husband and I.
