Does the cream works temporary or permanently in reducing dark circle under eye?

Hi, I use it for puffy eyes and no, its not permanent. I have had mixed results with it to be honest. It will last around 8 -10 hours but if not applied correctly or a little to much, it will dry white. Hope this helps.
