I've been suffering from severe pain on my arms, shoulders, neck (front and back), chest, head, jaws and eyes, due to losing the curvature on my neck and that created so much tension. I've been going with chiropractors, getting massages for about 4 years, and paying all out of pocket; I started taking this supplement after learning that magnesium is essential for many functions in the body. I had been taking a supplement combining calcium and magnesium oxide, I also learned that magnesium oxide is the worst kind and not helpful, so I ditched the one I had taken for a couple of years and ordered this. After 1 week I saw improvement on my sleep, I wasn't able to go to sleep until 2 am, sometimes 4, now by 12:30 I'm in bed and I now easily get 7 hours of continuous sleep, the pain would wake me up at least 3 times during the night and I would not feel rested in the morning. After 2 weeks of taking it I noticed miraculous improvement on the pain I've been suffering from in all the areas I mentioned above. Pain isn't gone 100% but definitely an 80 % and that is GREAT! Don't you think?I'm going to order a different form since I learned that taking several forms of magnesium is recommended if you need them for different issues.I highly recommend this brand, because it's inexpensive and massively effective. No doctor ever told me magnesium could've helped to make my life virtually pain free and more fulfilling.

UpNourish Magnesium Glycinate 500mg arrived safely in an Amazon padded paper envelope. I appreciate the condensed sized bottle for easy handling, to save space & less plastic to recycle. The capsules are smaller than an average capsule & therefore easy to swallow & have no odor in the bottle & only a very slight earthy/musty taste/smell from the capsule when you put it on your tongue as all brands of mag capsules have that I have tried. I like that they are made in the USA, which I insist on. I only take one late at night, not the full dose of two as that seems like too high of a dose to me. Zero laxative or gastrointestinal effects, it is not that type of a magnesium. Overall: Effectiveness, value, environmentally conscious-sized container, made in the USA for a good price.

I tried a full capsule before bedtime and it kept me awake most of the night, so I opened the capsule and mixed half with a little bit of water and have had no issues with sleep since then. There are a lot of pills in the container so it will last me a long time.

We love this brand of magnesium. We've tried other brands and formulations but for helping supplement a good night of rest this is our favorite!
