Do yourself a favour and buy the latest Chromebook for few extra pounds.. Bought it due to the price without doing a proper check on the specification...No touch screen,No access to Google Play and hence the potential is severely limited.. Please don't find yourself in the predicament I am in..

Well when I bought this I didn’t read the small print that it was a refurbished machine just thought I was getting a bargin sadly no it came down with scratches on, over heating and parts missing. Defo wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone just hope I get a full refund.

I'm getting used to it. I bought it because everytime I turn my laptop on I get a Windows 10 update, so the Chromebook together with my tablet fulfils most of my needs.

Bought for my father as his other Chromebook died and I am very envious! Sleek, good condition and working fine! Samsung sticker wearing off slightly but for the price you can forgive little cosmetic marks. Boosts two USB ports and a HDMI port as well. Well packaged and all the right parts with it - bargain!!!!

I like the size of this Chromebook its perfect for on bedroom table. Starts up so quickly and I watch BBC News in the morning on it, perfect for that. I'm not interested in documents etc so I cant say how it would cope with them. Arrived a day early and in good condition. There are marks around power input and the other inputs but nothing that stops the laptop from working. Great little laptop, very impressed with it and the seller PCsANDParts

Cannot fit my dongle in and a mouse at the same time. The sockets are to close. Not been a problem with the other two Chrome Books I have owned. Would have to buy a slimmer dongle or not use the mouse. Not tried the camera nor will I. Edit Just after I did this review Chromebook stated they will not be updating this device in line with their terms and conditions (the device was so old they stopped up dates) So unless I feel like taking the risk of having no virus protection and the like. This is a £100 paper weight. I ened up stop using amazon not long after that.

Won't work unless plugged in, sadly means it isn't fit for the purpose it was brought for ( keeping my dad entertained during a hospital stay so returned for a tablet with higher specs

Needed a work station at home to access browser based apps. Ideal as an email generic web use 'laptop'
